Did You Know? - Accessing the Knowledge Base on a Mobile Device

The Purium Knowledge Base (KB) can be accessed not only on a desktop computer, but also on a mobile device! To access it, you can simply navigate to http://support.mypurium.com on your phone's or tablet's browser.


You can also access the KB on your phone through your Backoffice website.


To do so, login to your Backoffice.


Once you're there, in the mobile view, you'll see a menu icon in the upper right hand corner of the page that looks like 3 horizontal lines. Tap the button.



Once you have tapped the button, you will be presented with a menu on the left hand side of your device. Simply tap "Knowledge Base" and you will be redirected to the support site.
