Deliveries into countries outside EU: Cost for duties and other charges may apply in addition to above-mentioned rates.
The costs for packaging and shipment are included in the basic price.
Delivery Times in workdays (calculated from order day on):
- Austria: 1-2 Days
- Germany: 2-3 Days
- All other Countries (Switzerland included): 3-6 Days.
5) 60 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with any Platinum Product for any reason, you may return the unused portion for a full refund no questions asked.

a) Returns as a Sponsor: If one of your customers has placed the order through you, you must immediately refund your client the buying price of the products.
b) Retuning as a Customer: If you have ordered on our website, via e-mail, or telephone, Platinum will refund you after you contact us requesting a refund. To send back products we can provide you with a Return Merchandize Authorization/Return Label.
