If you ever forget or lose your password, you can reset it by using your customer ID number.
1. To reset your password, navigate to the Backoffice login page (http://puriumcorp.com/www/login) and click "Forgot Password?".
2. You will be prompted for your customer ID number. Once you have entered it, click "Reset Password."
3. This will send a password recovery link to the email address we have on file for you.
