When you submit an order to Purium and payment for it is accepted, it immediately goes into the shipping process. Once it has entered into this process, no changes can be made to how the order is to be processed or which items will be included upon it.
If it has only been a few minutes since the order was submitted, there is a chance that we will be able to change items on the order, but it depends on the status of the order in the shipping process. Whether or not changes can be made to the order is at the sole discretion of the company. There is no guarantee of being able to make changes to an order once it has entered our shipping procedure.
Always thoroughly review orders before processing them. Purium cannot be held responsible for errors made in the ordering process that result in: incorrect items being ordered, an incorrect shipping address being chosen, the wrong payment method being used, etc.
