With any piece of technology, some bugs and glitches are inevitable. Our goal is to, as much as possible, eliminate these, as they create a less efficient online experience for our customers. When you notice something like this, the most helpful things that you can do is send an email containing the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org:
1. Your name and customer ID number.
2. The date and time when you encountered the issue.
3. The website URL or general description of the site you were on when you had the problem (e.g. Backoffice, Gift Card Site, Main Website, etc.).
4. A brief description of what you were trying to do when the issue occurred.
5. A screenshot of the problem page and/or the error message you encountered. If there is a code associated with the error, please include that as well.
