Once your order has been shipped by Purium, you will receive an email from our third party fulfillment company,  SP Express. This email will contain tracking information for your order.


If your order is being shipped through FedEx, the tracking number is usually about 12 digits long. You can track your order at http://www.fedex.com/us/track/.


If your order is shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS), the tracking number will be 22 digits long. You can track your order at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input.


If you do not receive a tracking email, check to make sure that your spam filter is not blocking emails from S P Express. Also check to make sure that the email we have on file for you is correct.
